Common problems
- Won't start: Carb clean or full replacement carb assembly
- Fuel flooding / overflow: Replace float needle and seat kit
- Backfiring on deceleration: Adjust pilot screw, check intake boot for cracks
- No spark: Replace CDI box (cheap and easy)
- Overheating / seizing: Check oil, clean cooling fins, check valve clearance
- Hard to start when hot: Verify choke cable travel, adjust idle fuel screw
