Common problems
- Bogs at full throttle: Step up main jet size (try 105–110)
- No spark: Gap coil to 0.010" or replace coil
- Overheating: Richen fuel mixture, clean fins
- Runs rich / black smoke: Step down jet size, verify choke is fully open
- Valve float at high RPM: Upgrade to performance valve springs
- Knocking under load: Decarbonize head, richen mixture
