Common problems
- Won't start after storage: Drain fuel, clean carb or rebuild with Honda carb kit
- Surging at governor: Clean governor port in carb, replace spring
- Oil leak from valve cover: Replace valve cover gasket
- Starts but won't rev: Free and clean governor linkage, check arm position
- Vibration at idle: Check flywheel key, tighten mounts
- No spark: Replace Honda ignition module — gap to 0.010"
